✅ Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product arrives damaged, or
- The product is defective or not working properly.

- Order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
💰 Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (if applicable).
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Requests made after the return period
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
