✅ Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or
  • The product is defective or not working properly.

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.


💰 Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (if applicable).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Requests made after the return period
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
